Can I change or cancel an order I just placed?

If you need to cancel your order, contact us at info@tokemi.co immediately. We are only able to cancel your order before your item(s) have been shipped. Unfortunately, changes in your order details can not be made after your order has been placed.

 

What can I pay with?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Shopify pay, Apple pay and Paypal.

 

Why haven't I received an order confirmation?

Always make sure your email address is correct when placing an order, as this is the most common reason for encountering this problem. Also, be sure to check your spam/junk folder, because we all know how much of a black hole that can be. If all else fails, contact us at info@tokemi.co.

 

Do you sell gift cards?

Not at the moment, but we might in the future! Check back often for updates.

How much does shipping cost?

All orders over $150.00 is 100% FREE!

 

How long till I receive my stuff?

We hate paying for shipping, and I'm sure you do too! To keep our shipping free, our items usually arrive between 4-10 working days for the USA, and up to 15 working days for the rest of the world. Processing ranges an additional 1-3 days. We might surprise you though! Some orders may arrive earlier than expected. And don't worry, we guarantee you will receive your items or your money back.

 

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to most countries, but if you are unable choose your region at check out, contact us at sales@tokemi.co and we will try to find a solution for you.

 

I received my package, but some of my items are missing. What gives?

Don't panic, sometimes we ship orders separately in order to get them to you faster! We think this is a good thing. If more than 60 days have passed and you still haven't received all of your items, send us an email at sales@tokemi.co.

 

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges

 

Can I return something I bought?

 Sure! We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. If 10 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we are not able offer you a refund or exchange. Returns are accepted if the product is faulty or damaged.
